We guarantee the puppy to be in good health for two years from the date of birth for any hereditary or congenital disease. If within the first two years the puppy dies of hereditary or congenital disease, there will be no refund. However, there will be replacement of an equal value puppy only shipped at purchaser’s expense from the next available litter. Buyer agrees they will provide all necessary and proper care for their pet, as well as a clean, safe environment for their new life-long friend.

To the best of our knowledge, this puppy has NO known health problems, hereditary or otherwise. In addition to the above described assurances, less any exception noted, we offer the following guarantee: Vet Certificate of Health and proof of shots and worming will accompany puppy. In case a puppy has a hernia, we offer the following Hernia guarantee: Any hernias (naval and inguinal) will be repaired before leaving if found by our vet. Hernia repairs do not warrant return or exchange of said puppy.

Purchase Agreement

This is a contract between buyer and seller. The seller does guarantee this puppy to be in good health. We will have our Veterinarian’s Health Certificate from their health checkup as proof, as well as before delivery, we assure puppy is current and up to date on all shots and worming. Replacement of the puppy will be made upon availability under the following conditions. (THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS.) No replacement puppy will be made until registration papers are returned back to seller from the buyer. In the event that this guarantee is exercised, it would be subject to the availability of another litter.

No puppy will be replaced that fails to have the proper veterinary care. A licensed veterinarian must examine your puppy within three days of the puppy’s arrival, delivery, or pickup. A copy of the exam (NOT THE BILL) must be received by the seller within two weeks (14 days) of purchase date for any guarantee to be valid. Guarantee starts at the actual date of delivery or pickup. If buyer’s veterinarian finds a birth defect or any incurable illness, SELLER must be notified within 24 hours. If the puppy dies, you must have followed all advice by your licensed veterinarian and have an autopsy performed by your state lab and provide seller a report. We do not guarantee against human error or hypoglycemia.

Seller will not be held liable or assume any veterinarian expenses should any be incurred by Buyer.

All puppies are sold as pets only. No guarantee will be given as to size, color, quality or fertility.

There are no breeding restrictions on this puppy. However, all Warranties and Guarantees are VOID if puppy is bred before it reaches 12 months of age.
