Shipping Arrangements

Before we send a puppy we will need to know:

• The name of the major airport you would like your new puppy to be sent.
• An alternative airport.
• The name of the person picking up the puppy at the airport.
  We need the name, street address, city, state, zip, email address, and all phone numbers where that person may be reached (home, business, and cell). Because flight plans and times may change, the airlines may need to get in touch with you to adjust pick up times. NOTE: The name of person on the air bill has to be the one picking up the puppy. Identification will be checked at the airport by photo ID before the puppy is released.
• Desired date for shipping.

We will do our best to get your new puppy to you as soon as possible. Weather and temperatures must be suitable for health reasons. Airlines follow their own strict guidelines to ensure the health of the puppies in weather extremes, making some transportation seasons more difficult than others.

Payment must be received before puppy is shipped.

All puppies that sell must be 8 weeks of age to be delivered.

You will receive your new puppy in his or her own airline approved shipping crate. It is yours to keep. We will send a sample of the puppy food he or she has been eating. The registration, medical records and health certificate will also be sent with your puppy.

If you do not want to have your puppy shipped, you may pick him or her up from our facility. In this case, you will need to contact us to make arrangements. You may purchase a shipping crate from us at time of pick up, if needed.
